1. Who we are

Flirq (the "Service") is an open-minded chat web application for adults. By accessing or using Flirq, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by MPND Inc., Oregon, USA ("Flirq", "we", "us", "our").

2. 18+ only

Flirq is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you must not use this Service. By using Flirq you represent and warrant that you are at least 18.

We may ask you to verify your age through a third-party provider before you use certain features, such as making a profile photo visible to others. You agree to complete this check when asked.

3. Nature of the Service

Flirq lets you create an account, set up a profile, browse other members' profiles, and exchange messages with other users in real time. Some features are free; others require a paid membership to unlock.

We may discontinue, modify, or expand the Service at any time without notice.

4. Your account

To use Flirq you create an account with your email address and either a password or a one-time sign-in link sent to your email. You may also provide a small set of preferences (age range, gender identity, what you're here for, turn-ons) and basic profile details.

You agree the information you provide is accurate and is yours to share, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials and email inbox secure. We may ask you to confirm your email address before you can continue using certain features.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service if you are under 18.
Submit someone else's email address, or impersonate another person.
Send, request, or share any content that sexualizes a minor, or attempt to contact a minor for any sexual purpose.
Offer, request, advertise, or arrange paid sexual services or escorting, or any exchange of money or goods for sexual activity — whether on Flirq or by moving the conversation elsewhere.
Share or send intimate or sexual images of any person without that person's consent.
Upload photos that are not of you, or that you don't have the right to share.
Use a nude or sexually explicit image as your profile photo or anywhere it is publicly visible to other members.
Solicit other users for money, payment, or contact details outside the Service.
Buy, sell, or arrange the sale of illegal drugs or other illegal goods.
Send harassing or abusive content.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Content review and safety

To keep Flirq safe, we review photos before they are shown to other users and screen uploaded photos and messages for illegal content, using both automated tools and human reviewers. We remove content that breaks these Terms or the law, and we suspend or terminate accounts that violate them. Where the law requires it, we preserve certain material and report it to the relevant authorities, including child-protection organizations. By using Flirq you consent to this review.

7. Reporting and removal

You can report a user, profile, photo, or message from within the Service. We act on reports of impersonation, of intimate images shared without consent, and of other violations, and we aim to remove such content quickly. You can also email support@flirq.app.

8. Subscription, billing and renewal

Flirq offers a paid subscription that unlocks unlimited messaging and additional features. The current plan is CA$39.00 per month.

Recurring billing. When you subscribe you authorize a recurring charge of CA$39.00 (Canadian dollars) to your payment method every month. Your subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel — there is no fixed end date.
Payment processor. Payments are processed by our authorized third-party payment processor. The charge appears on your statement with a billing descriptor identifying the subscription. We never see or store your full payment-card number.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from Account → Subscription. Cancelling stops all future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid month.
Refunds. All sales are final, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Price changes. We will notify you before any change to the subscription price; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Billing questions: billing@flirq.app.

9. Intellectual property

The Flirq brand, design, copy, and code are owned by us. You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. By uploading them you grant Flirq a licence to host, display, and share that content with other users to operate the Service, and you confirm the content is yours to share, that any photo of a person is of you, and that you are 18 or older.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flirq and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not remove any consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
