Flirq (the “Service”) is an open-minded chat web application operated as a research prototype. By accessing or using Flirq, you agree to these Terms.

Flirq is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you must not use this Service. By using Flirq you represent and warrant that you are at least 18.

Flirq is currently a market-validation prototype. You will see profiles, but no real-time chat, messaging, or paid features are available during this phase. Any subscription button you see is for interest measurement only — no payment is charged and no account is created beyond the email you provide.

We may discontinue, modify, or expand the Service at any time without notice.

You provide only your email address and a small set of preferences (age range, gender identity, what you're here for, turn-ons). You agree the information you provide is accurate and is yours to share.

You are responsible for the security of the email inbox you use to access Flirq.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under 18.
• Submit someone else's email address without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The Flirq brand, design, copy, and code are owned by us. The profile photos displayed within the Service are used for illustrative purposes during the validation phase.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flirq and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
